This sweet Spaun snare drum features a 1.1mm copper shell with center bead. Similar in design to our brass beauties, this snare drum produces a punchy crack along with some rich, dark overtones. Our VTL Vintage Tube Lugs and Rolled Bearing Edges complete the package. Brilliant Chrome Hardware looks stunning against this beautiful Copper background.

Copper Popper

I got this snare some time ago and this snare drum may make all the other snare drums obsolete! This snare has become one of my favorites, and This drum is similar to a black beauty without all the unwanted overtones only a little sweeter in the punchy mid section. Out of the box,this drum sounds great - put a hazy on the bottom torqued tight as you can, and add a coated Emperor on the top tuned fairly tight and you wind up with one of the best sounding snares money can buy. Tune it down when needed, but enjoy the strong mid punch and solid crack at most any top tuning. I can't say enough about this drum...
