Collection: Acrylic Snares

Acrylic shell snare drums produce a very unique and interesting voice that's all their own.  The initial hit is loud and cracking with a darker, more focused note.  Other sound characteristics include a slight bump in the mid-range and quicker decay.  Think of it as a "naturally EQ'd" sound with less of the very high and very low frequencies.  In a variety of clear or translucent colors, acrylic snares are a great addition to your mix both visually and sonically.
